This is a brand new property with all new fittings and a brand new swimming pool.
It is located and secluded in the quiet village of St Davids in Christ Church in the south of the island.
However it is located 5 miles from Bridgetown, 5 miles from the airport,2.5 miles from Oistins the famous hub of activity, 1 mile from Sheraton Mall with all shops, 1.5 miles from Sky Mall with all shops, 5 miles from the airport, 2.5 miles Carlisle Bay, 3.7 miles from the nightlife and restaurants of St Lawrence Gap. Two miles from the U.S Embassy

AC throughout gated and fenced all around.
We feature a cosy living room with a 36 inch flat screen wall mounted TV where you can watch Netflix and other streaming channels while relaxing on the sofa.
The kitchenette is fully fitted with all modern appliances and a table and chairs for four to eat their meals in comfort.
There is also a utility room with a brand new washing machine and ironing facilities.
The bedroom has TV,a double bed with built in wardrobes all sheets are provided.
The bathroom is tiled throughout with a power shower. All the water at the cottage is filtered before it reaches you.
All amenities are provided St Davids is a slice of the real Barbados with two rum shops and a historic church built in 1840 however there are also two convenience shops and fresh eggs are available nearby come out of the property turn left 50 yards.
Guests have access to the entire cottage driveway and grounds.
